These links must be removed at The Workery’s first request without compensation. If the request is not complied with within eight days, the website hosts or content platforms must take the necessary measures to compensate for the user's lack of response.

Failing this, L'atelier des Chefs (operating the brand The Workery) reserves the right to take legal action to stop the unlawful use of the trademark by any third party.

L'atelier des Chefs holds the copyright to these elements. L'atelier des Chefs also holds the rights granted by the Intellectual Property Code to database producers, in accordance with Articles L 341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, distribution, broadcast, or transfer to another website of these elements, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of The Workery.

As an exception to the above rule, the following are authorized:

  • The reproduction, representation, and publication of elements from the website www.theworkery.co.uk for the purpose of illustrating a press article, with written consent from the press or marketing department of The Workery;

  • The reproduction, representation, and publication of recipes proposed by The Workery for exclusively private or non-commercial use, provided that the authorship of the recipe is respected by clearly and legibly indicating, on the distribution or presentation medium and at the bottom of the recipe, the words "recipe proposed by The Workery."

The name The Workery and the logos of The Workery are trademarks registered by L'atelier des Chefs. Their use requires the prior written consent of L'atelier des Chefs.
